Great reference guide!

We have been trying to clean up how we eat, so I try to read as many books as I can on gut health. I love how the author has a step by step guide to help you identify if your symptoms are related to gut issues. She offers ways to incorporate pro and prebiotic into your diet. I always have a hard time getting all the good stuff in my body! I love that food is emphasized rather than supplements. This book is one I'll reach for to refer to, I absolutely love that it's spelled out in layman's terms not medical terms! This book delivers on getting your immune system strong and your gut happy! I highly recommend this book
