I always enjoy Mr. Keillor' tales.

Some cause me to chuckle and others cause tear producing painful belly laughs.

One needs to be careful about listening to Mr K and driving.
His story about home gardening and the resulting over abundance
Of vegetables and distribution remains my all time favorite.
We were listening to the above story and driving on the 301 outside Windsor, Ontario. We began laughing so hard that we could barely see the other vehicles.

This collection does not disappoint. It has the chuckles and the side splitting clean wholesome joy we expect from Garrison Keillor.

I am a fan of Mr. Keilor, and this was a good book for me. Easy to fall asleep by, but still interesting.

If you like the NFLW, and the other Wobegon type books, you will appreciate this. Wait for it to go on sale though.

A great and timeless set of broadcast stories and readings. Wonderful that it’s read by the author. Can’t beat that.

Garrison reading his own work is perfect. Can’t imagine anyone else reading it. GK is an American treasure.

GK is such a great storyteller, and him reading is great.

This is really funny and classic of Keilor. If you have never listened to Keilor before this is a good one to start off with.

I did not like how short the book was. It could have used more fictional characters and chapters.

I can't believe that in my 60 years here on Earth, I had never heard of this guy. He made me laugh so hard I forgot about the election. Not just a great writer but an amazing narrator to. I can't wait to listen to more.
