I love all of Annie’s books and one of the biggest reasons is that she reads her own books (until now). When Annie reads her book it feels like you’re having a conversation with her, it feels personal. Not this time, she only reads the introduction and even that sounds wrong, she got cut off a few seconds or minutes too early as it goes to the next chapter mid sentence. The person who reads the rest of the book sounds so much like a computer that I ended up turning it off and returning the book. I’m sure the content is great, I may have to just get a hard copy and read it myself.
