This unique program works !!!
As an ER doctor, I work crazy hours and a lot of nights. This program enables me to recharge better and faster without having to rely on sleeping pills, etc. that would leave me drowsy or hungover. If I feel like I might be getting sick from exposure to patients or others who are sick , I meditate with this and It prevents me from getting sick or at least reduces the severity and duration of the illness. It's a great stress reliever and performance enhancer as well. Enjoy:)

I have used this particular CD for many years. The part that is focused on falling asleep is more than extremely valuable. Today I FINALLY found it as a download. I cannot recommend this strong enough for anyone that needs to improve their sleep!

I've tried others but always comes to this. Originally purchased in CD many years ago. So glad to find here. Especially preparing and after surgery. I have wanted for nothing for decades. I handle change and adjust quickly. I am rarely sick. in beginning I listened every day for about 6 weeks and now at least once a week unless I'm under stress ir I deliberately want to meditate.

Probably my all time favorite guided meditation. Luanne explains her methodology well in the first chapters then, in the meditation chapter(s), she guides you beautifully through the chakras then takes you on a little healing expedition through your body! It has an amazing effect on the quality of my sleep as well as my general state of wellbeing. I had been listening to the meditation cd's for years. For some reason I misplaced them and so purchased the audible version and couldn't be happier. It's been my go to break from life's biggest challenges -when I'm not able to quiet my mind for even a minute (never mind a half hour meditation session)! An all around 5 stars for the content and the performance.
