I really enjoyed this book 📖 it's unfortunate that this review is written rather badly because I just finished it and I'm really tired I don't usually write reviews but I enjoyed this so much I wanted to write something inapprecitation. Her voice was soothing to listen. I call this book a reference, because you can go back and listen to it over and over to learn its not a lot of stories its direct and she even goes into chakras and the body I was delightfully surprised. look forward to listening to podcasts and more

Julia Cannon has a great voice and flow for audio. The book was packed with usable information. It's like an owners manual for the body. I will refer to the info for reference in my healing business and in personal home use. I may need a paper copy to make notes and to carry with me when traveling. Mrs. Dolores Cannon left her work in very capable hands.
