Always great to hear from Mark
I first learned of Marks work in treatment. I watched Humor in Treatment. It really helped a lot. I’ve been in recovery for 6 1/2 years but have been struggling mentally recently, found this book at the perfect time. Thanks Mark.

Mark Lundholm is exquisite
I enjoy listening to Mark Lundholm in anything he does. All of his YouTube videos, all of his stand-up comedy, and now this book. I look forward to him writing another one!

Fantastic!
