Both the story line and the narration was the best so far in the series. Loved the witch character. Keep in mind that the death card does not necessarily mean death as the witch should have known. But then, where would the story line be?

Audiobook three of a fantastic series. Plenty of action and magic. Love this series. Narrator did a fantastic job also.

I am new to Dragon shifter however this was a good read. My only complaint would be it is too short however it is a large series.

I enjoyed the story, but the narrator struggled with speech fluency, making it difficult to enjoy. She stuttered, mispronounced words, and used an almost pouting child-like character voice for angry adult men, if she differentiated character voices at all. Her phrasing and tone reminded me of the rambling of my children at play.
I would have enjoyed the book much more if I had read it myself.
That criticism aside, I will pick up another book by this author.
She is a new author for me. As a writer, her work is worth a pool side read.
I look forward to the next book.

Story is decent, Narrator needs improvement.
