Rosewyn clutched the bundled baby in her arms as she ran through the icy winds of Hollins Shire’s brutal winter, shivering violently–but not from the cold. She shivered from fright and dread. In an effort to save his family and kingdom, the King has his young sons trained in survival skills for their protection, but when the secret of the new stranger is discovered, will the training be enough?

Part of my childhood was growing up in England, as is my ancestry. So when i met the author on a plane returning to our home state, i was anxious to read it. I understand this your first book and am glad you shared it with me. I enjoyed it very much. The twists and plots kept me interested. I do wish for more detail and story transitions were a bit fast for my sluggish old brain.
Short of a fairy tale and more routed in reality, it was a fun read and help distract me from my daily problems. Thank you for writing it and best of luck on a sequel?? Lol
