 This isn’t investigative journalist Christy Hancock’s first missing person’s case; it’s not even the first one in her family. Spurred by a frantic voicemail from her Aunt Molly, Christy travels back to rural McClain County, West Virginia, to the lake house where she used to spend summers with her cousin Rob before his unexplained disappearance twelve years ago. Much to her surprise, she arrives to discover that Molly has disappeared in an eerily similar fashion—without a trace.
