Enlightening Read
This is such an intriguing and fascinating audiobook; I learned so much about what psychic abilities and empaths are that I never knew about! There's a lot more to it than I thought, and it's amazing how we all have these special gifts inside of us to use. The author approaches the reader in a nice conversational tone, and everything is explained well while being straightforward at the same time. I like the part about honoring our emotions, sensitivity, and healing our inner child. This audiobook is so enlightening and refreshing; I'm so happy I listened to it!

Empowering and inspiring for the highly sensitive and empaths
As a highly sensitive person, I would get overwhelmed by people's emotions and feel unable to protect myself from being overwhelmed. The first chapter laid out the different types of empaths, and I realized that I'm not just a HSP, but an empath. This book went on to help me build better emotional boundaries, to not always just be overwhelmed. It was also incredibly helpful to my mom, who's a clairvoyant empath, build those boundaries too. Super glad I picked up this book! Empowering and inspiring!

Loved the Journaling Suggestions & Acknowledging Emotions as Messages
I have recently enjoyed journaling, and this audiobook encourages it to better connect to your empathic nature. Although I don’t necessarily align with the psychic abilities mentioned, I did appreciate the acknowledgement of our emotions as messages from within that can help to heal our inner child.

Such and interesting listen
This guide discussed self-awareness and how important it is. This is an approachable and relatable topic that eases you into the book as a whole. The discussion around emotional intelligence was also so relatable and really eye opening. This was a new topic to me and i was able to take away practices to apply to my own life.
