I’ve loved every book in this series and all the connecting ones but for some reason this one fell a little short for me. Not to say I didn’t like it because I did but I had trouble connecting with the characters. Tucker and Trent jump almost immediately into a relationship after being separated for a while after a disastrous first date. I would have like a little more build up. This audiobook is super hot!! There are a lot of really well written scenes and a good amount of sexual tension but not much else happens in this story. There’s some drama towards the end but I would have liked it more if it came up earlier in the story but that’s just my preference.
Overall, this is a good audiobook in an amazing series. I strongly recommend it if you are looking for a steamy, light story.
Narration by Joel Leslie was fantastic, as always. He does a great job giving the huge amount of characters unique voices.
