I first read Way of the Peaceful Warrior 30 years ago when living in rural Colorado. Now living on the Island of Lanai in Hawaii this is such a beautiful gift for my continued growth! Thank you Dan for sharing your story with generosity of spirit and humble vulnerability. Here is to the natural world of teachers and the clarity of the beginners mind. This was a most excellent story of the life of Dan Millman, one of my top mentors from my own personal journey in this life and a true inspiration in the realm of searching for life’s meaning and purpose. Listening to this story inspired me to look at my own life’s journey and to begin putting it into writing for others to read someday. In a time of great uncertainty and search for meaningful existence, this story helped renew a sense of connection to others, knowing that someone else is experiencing similar life questions, successes and failures, searchings, knowledge seeking, meanings and purpose of why we are here on this planet, at this time. A fabulous journey and an inspiration for the continued search for why and how to live a life I was born to live. Thanks for sharing your story with the world Dan!

I have all of Dan's books. This book connects all the dots. I highly recommend this book even if you have never read Dan's other books.

This book pulls together the many writings of Dan - illustrating the life path that produced his many books. Part autobiography, part instruction it leaves you with the desire to go back and read his other books in the order they were produced. First to fit the elements of instruction and to more clearly understand the Way of the Peaceful Warrior.
