Something about this allowed me to have a cathartic release and I shed some tears through the breathing exercises and my pain… that I thought was very physical and real… disappeared. And I was able to finally sleep. The entire night for the first time since I can remember, in YEARS, I slept with no pain or anxiety or jaw clenching or headache waking me up.
Please give this a try. And wear the headphones, it really does help.
