Dr. Wolf is legit and backs up her work with research and experience working with countless people who suffer from chronic pain. This book is very digestible, easy to follow and the mindfulness practices between chapters help pace the content and are audios you can go back to over and over again.
I have chronic pain and it is very hard. Anything that can ease the suffering is a gift and that’s what this book is, a gift.
