This is one of these love stories which will stay on your mind forever.

Jude & Caspien, I love them both❤️❤️ and I was so happy when they finally found their way to each other.
Their story is so heartbreaking and my heart still hurts for them. Poor Jude, he loves Caspien with all his heart and endures so much. Caspien has his own secrets and also have to pay the price for his choices. This story is unique and written with exquisite style.

I also highly recommend to listen their love story on audiobook. The narrator George Naylor's voice and performance is amazing. He is perfect Jude. I absolutely love it.
I would like to read more about happy Jude & Caspien...
Highly recommend to read and listen this book. It's a new classic.

This book reminded me why I love reading and that a lot of my 5-star reviews are not actually deserving of such. The story and narration were phenomenal. This book will live in my all time favorites.

This is hands down the best book I have listened to this year. The writing, the narration...perfection in every sense of the word.

Overall an interesting retelling of Great expectations without burning the manor house down. I really enjoyed the first part of the book but it seemed rushed towards the end. The Disneyesque ending seemed inconsistent with the overall character development of Caspian. But I did enjoy this book and would recommend it.

I just finished the audiobook and I’m weeping. All those hours of pain were worth it. Even though they grew up, they’re still two innocent boys in my heart.

I cannot get enough of this author! Oleander was beautifully written with great depth and emotion. The narrators only complemented the book further making the words come alive with greater feeling. In the end, this story ended the way I was hoping, which made it absolutely perfect. Thank you all for the type of entertainment that inspires me to write a review!

I saw the amazing reviews and had to check this out. I barely ever leave reviews unless something blows me away and I read multiple books a week. This was probably my favorite book of the entire year. Absolutely beautiful writing. the character development was everything I want in a book. The writing style was just beautiful. Can't emphasize it enough. Don't even get me started on the insanely talented narrator. Everything about this book and the way it was narrated just blew me away. I didn't want it to be over. Don't take my word for it; check it out yourself and thank me later!

My heart was heavy throughout the whole book. I had a hard time relating to caspien until the last portion of the book, but Jude? Ugh! I just wanted to hug him. It was definitely a hard earned HEA and worth it. The narrator was amazing and I couldn’t believe how well defined each character sounded. Loved this so much!
