Christopher Hopper has out done himself in this solo piece that any fan of Science Fiction will love. He has flawlessly created an interesting and not or too far in the future post climate tragedy universe filled with fascinating political caste systems and very believable characters, with often fanatical belief systems, within those groups all fighting to save humanity ( or the planet Earth ) in extreme ways.The story is told from unique perspectives of multiple characters. The narration of Woods and Wisniewski is captivating. My only complaint is I have to wait for book 2.

The voice threw me off at first, but by the end of it, I'm totally fangirling this character lmao. Also really good space opera story line, I'm always looking for books to scratch the The Expanse itch, I'll be reading the next one.

Christopher Hopper takes you on a ride unlike any other you have listened to before. The actors Rebecca Woods and Daniel Wisniewski do a fantastic job bringing these characters to life. This is by far the best book I have listened to this year. This audiobook had me laughing out load one minute and weeping the next, I can’t say enough about this. If you are debating the next book you want to listen to the debate is over buy this one and listen to it. You will thank yourself afterwards. Absolutely Outstanding!!!

Christopher Hopper has quickly become one of my favorite authors his world building is great and can take you somewhere new any second. One of the best thing I love about his books are the warmth he builds in the relationships between characters and Oblivion Awaits is no exception! He makes you root for your favorites and I can not wait to see where he takes the story next!

First time reading this author and found his approach to be very smart and intelligent. He treats the reader with respect and the story is very engaging. Phenomenal character development without being boring. Love Jericho, Kit, and Evelyn.

The different first person narratives mixed with a 2nd person Jack is captivating and not common but helps this story progress very well.

Stories converge excellently and pacing is great. Awesome reveals at the end too.

Narration is the best I have ever heard. Truly amazed at these two narrators.

Can’t wait for the sequel.

Absolutely loved this. I will admit I am a bit biased as Chris has become one of my favorite authors. I was apprehensive in starting as I have been spoiled having RC Bray narrating the Christopher's books to this point.
Well Rebecca Woods and Daniel Wisniewski did one hell of a job. They not only brought the book to life, but also made you feel Christopher's heart
I anxiously await the next in this series.

Another fantastic book by Mr. Hopper, looking forward for the next one! I'm new to the narrators but they did a phenomenal job!

What an epic new journey we get to take with this new series by Christopher Hopper. Narration was spot on and kept me intrigued and inthralled. So much life in these characters! As with all of Christopher Hoppers books, the end left me wanting more! Can’t wait to follow this new adventure.

Hopper has outdone himself yet again. A wonderful tapestry of interwoven storylines that will leave you wanting to listen/read a second time to savor it.

The performers were spot on and bring the characters to life with vigor. 10 out of 10!
