He was able to keep me focused on each word and really visualize a happy place without my mind wandering to other things like it tends to do each time I meditate. This was truely guiding you every step of the way.

Jeremy does a fine job with the meditation but midway through about 8:15 people clearly walk into the room and begin talking loudly. There are other points where background noise is heard, it's a little distracting as I'm drifting off to my happy place. I would have re-recorded.

The basic guided meditation is good but the music before and after is quite abrasive and ruins the meditation.

Unsettling music

I went all in and the timing was right with the kids sleeping soundly and as Jeremy began to sing the song my energy was vibrating the entire room. Unreal! Blessings.

Very pleased to find this series of meditations for free on the Audible program. The audio production of each is very well done with easy to listen to background music and clear and articulate voices that are perfectly matched to the meditation presented.
