I really enjoyed this story! It pulled me in from beginning to end and I loved getting to see Katrina and Logan and getting to know them better. We have seen them in previous books in the series but don't have a bunch of information/depth to them until this one. We have gotten to see Katrina as the more innocent bandmate who is just kind and good to her core and who pretty much always sees the best in people. Logan has definitely shown himself as the more egotistical and jerk behavior with the "war" going on between the two bands. They are enemies and we have started to get into the fact that a certain someone at a record label has been up to no good and making both sides push boundaries they don't want to. It just seems to come a little more naturally to him. Katrina wakes up in Logan's bed the day after Jonah's wedding and while things take off for them they keep it a secret due to the major rivalry between their two bands. We get to see a different side to Logan in this one and more of why he did what he did and that it is more of a hard front he puts up with a softer side underneath and to protect his Shock girls. Logan brings out a different side to Katrina as well. Katrina feels good around Logan but they aren't sure what to do with everything else. Any little thing has Katrina getting major pushback from her band and family but things are feeling natural and so good with Logan and the girls in his band. I enjoyed watching them build their friendship and relationship and overcoming the obstacles in front of them. I loved getting to see past characters and couples as well, great added bonus if you've read other books in the series. Very well done and lots of fun to read. Great twists as well!
