 Alex Taft is a reformed man. She plans to start her life anew, raising her son on her terms. Never, in her wildest dreams, would she have imagined that God would lead her to the town where Alex Taft lives. She has given up on men, but slowly Alex befriends her and just when she thinks maybe not all men are bad, she learns a terrifying truth.

Her own husband, supposedly dead in a tragic accident, is very much alive and he wants her back. He wants revenge.
