My Boss the Billionaire by Maggie Cole is an enemies-to-lovers billionaire romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Aaron Shedlock and Stella Hunter. This is the first book in the It's Complicated series and can be read as a stand-alone.

I absolutely love Maggie's books! She does an amazing job pulling me into the story. I loved the relationship that bloomed between Piper and Noah. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

I can't wait to dive into the next book in the series Forgotten by the Billionaire so I can get Xander and Charlotte's story.

Aaron and Stella did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like billionaire romances, enemies-to-lovers romances, or contemporary romances.

Love, Piper and Noah. Piper is a strong woman. She's intelligent, smart and sassy. Noah is cocky, arrogant, driven, goes after what he wants.
both have a secret, that makes them vulnerable. When they connect, they are good for each other. hot and steamy, .
Maggie brings out the best and the worst in her characters, only for them to build their trust and love. this is not without danger for them or their friends. That's what I love about Maggie's stories. She develops the story and always put a twist that you don't see coming.
Aaron Shedlock and Stella Hunter narration is very good. They both bring out the voices and personalities of every character and make this an enjoyable listen.
I was gifted this audio and offered my honest review.

This h was so confusing. Her thought was like” I regret for sleeping” with the H. Then she had no problem with having sex again! She kept threatening to turn the H in for sexual conduct. The back and forth was too much! Then she continues to say it “ won’t” happen again. The next thing you know it, she’s having sex with him. She supposed to be in high level position. Her actions were dumb. She was soo easy! After a few chapters on, I gave up. This was all sex. Theres no storyline. I’m done with this series. I have four stars for Arron. Female was ok.

I Am Fairly New To This Author Though Must Say Am Very Impressed With The Writing Style Story Line And Fantastic Characters!! Narration Is Spot On Perfection!!

Unfortunately this one is not my favorite in this series and don't get me wrong the story is not bad but an over dramatic FC.

I get it why she might not put all her trust in Noah but the whole Piper needed to know everything and not her sharing "secrets" and how pushy she was... somewhat bothered me and her wanting him to be a ahole so she wouldn't get attached and him being ok with it because  he thought that's  what she really wanted 🙄 I wanted to slap both of them and tell them to get their stuff together 😅

Overall was a good story is angsty,  sad, sweet and steamy.
Stella and Aaron brought this story to life and they are absolutely fantastic together ❤️

This was a perfect amount of romance and heat. Piper and Noah are both great characters and it’s nice to read about a female who is praised for her brains, not just her body.

Love this story!
Piper and Noah's story is just heart melting! She knows she has feelings but is worried about her job. He knows he wants her and will not stop until she is his. But he is her boss... can it work?
what secrets is he hiding? what secret is she hiding?
The characters are wonderful and we see a few other characters pop in that will be interesting to learn more about.
The storyline is wonderful. Tense, heart warming, and a little sad at times.
The audio performance from the narrators is spot on and wonderful to listen too!

I love the heat and animosity between Piper and Noah. Their sparks are fun to bask in, especially when they really get heated and explode! 🔥🎉

The tension ratchets up when actual danger threatens. While I'd fight it just as Piper does, I like that Noah goes a bit caveman and even pulls some dirty moves to get what he wants. It definitely keeps things interesting!

I was laughing at the reactions from their co-workers when things came to light. It was a lighthearted scene and an absolutely perfect addition to the story.

It's heartbreaking, but I like the setup for other books in the series and can't wait to get to them!

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrators are fun choices. Aaron Shedlock and Stella Hunter are good to listen to.
