OUTSTANDING!!!

Many times I thought: I already know this, or this isn’t ground breaking information. I could have written this (part).
That AND I thought - this is helpful! LOVE IT!
I believe, having learned it before or “already knowing” it, doesn’t make information un-valuable, un-useful.
Have you heard of the person who has gone to the same training 42 times? (Hey Lisa Nichols!) And there are many stories like that.
“Repetition is the mother of skill” to quote one of Veronica’s fave people and one of mine too, Tony Robbins.
The more we hear or experience things, the more they become a part of us, the more connections we make, and the more they have the potential to become unconscious programs, habits we do in life. Things we do naturally, with less thinking and less effort. Wouldn’t that be nice?!
To have more confidence about your money and worry about it less?
This book, was in part about repetition to me.
It was ALSO, very much a complete summary: short, sweet, and comprehensive, covering all the essentials from budget, to types of loans, to insurance plans, to investing and more in-between.
I read (listened) to this book in ONE sitting.
I love summary things and this covered it all.
I have worn many an HR hat in my past life and I thought:
If I could have just handed this out to new hires, that would have been so helpful.
The things I observed confusing 18 year old employees were some of the things still confusing my 30 and approaching 40 year old staff.
What are the differences in retirement plan types, insurance plans, and income deductions? How to fill out a W4 correctly and some of the common pot holes that come up. Like if I had better known what to do with the itemized page when I was 18, I would not have been undertaxed wen I was working 3 jobs and wouldn’t have owed thousands of dollars I didn’t have that year!
I know I’ve already said this, but it’s worth repeating.
This book is a GREAT comprehensive overview about money and how to manage it.
I believe it would be a perfect book for anyone who identifies as a novice or “bad at adulting”, this book will do wonders for your overall understanding of that “adulting” and is easy to read. It’s to the point, not verbose.
Clean and clear.
I believe this book would also be valuable to anyone who identifies as “having their financial shit together”. This book, again is a great summary of all the essential components. If you’re a financial savvy human and you get one reminder or one thing from this book of essentials that improves your situation, wouldn’t it be worth the relatively small time investment?
(4 hours is like 1-3 commutes right?).
And to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th many others, the material in this book should be taught in high school.
If kids would be equipped with this information as they are entering the work world, wow how impactful that would be for everyone. Really. How the common curriculum doesn't include this stuff is strange.
I’m glad I read this book and I will be suggesting it to others.
I took 14 pages of notes and I already “knew” most of the stuff. LOL
Nice work Veronica. Thank you. I love you too!
I already "knew" most of this stuff AND LOVED it!

Thanks, Veronica, for explaining all of this in a way that just makes sense. I'm excited to face my money situation in a much better place than I ever have before. Most of all, I'm excited to no longer have confusion or fear surrounding money! This book should be assigned reading in every high school!
So Good!!
