What do I know?

I’ve suffered from severe, disabling migraines for over 25 years. For the first 14 years, I had no effective pain relief, and very little in the way of help and support. When it comes to intense, debilitating pain and distress, I’ve been there, done that, and got the T-shirt. But over time, with specialist advice and a lot of trial and error, as well as gaining a Master’s degree in counselling and psychotherapy, I’ve developed effective methods to manage my migraines, and to inject normality and happiness back into my life. And I know you can do the same - so this book is my helping hand to you, to get you started right away.
