I love the helpful meditations for different purposes. It would be slightly better if there was a section with only the meditations that we could refer back to quickly. Right now I have little book mark tabs sticking out with their meditation names on them. I was given a free review copy of this audio-book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Wow! Such a great tool for teaching meditation to kids! Three days a week I watch a friend’s child in addition to my own. So, our crew often includes her three years old and my five years old, two years old, and my seven-month-old. After she listened she told me about a Worry Tree that she whispered to and how she had adventures. She can't wait to listen to it again tonight. I think this would be the perfect age for a five-year-old and older though because my three-year-old doesn’t totally understand but it’s still a nice tool to have and to start working on.
