This has been such a great book for me because even as I’m getting older, I’m realizing there are still things I can can learn and grow from. Life just keeps changing. This book was a great reminder that growth doesn’t stop and it doesn’t have to be perfect. I appreciated how it encouraged progress without overthinking every step and showed that it’s okay to stumble along the way. Even in my fifties I still mess up and I thought that by now I would have everything figured out. The advice is relatable and easy to understand and the stories really made me feel seen. It helped me reflect on how important it is to stay resilient, be gentle with myself, and surround myself with people who truly support me. Being beautifully imperfect is just wonderful. If you're trying to move forward without burning out, this book is both grounding and motivating. Enjoyed this book!
