Starring Vincent D’Onofrio as The Man on the ledge with Larry Fessenden as Bill Coley, the officer charged with talking him down. Featuring John Spredakos, Nick Damici and Greg Amici.

I was not impressed by the title, but I thought, it is the first in the series, surly it is good. You would think if you were going to produce a long series of scary stories, you would make sure the very first was one of the best. Not in this case. The story is as Ho-Hum as the title.
