As per John's first book, he helps to identify personal problems that are holding many people back, then jumps into the history and future of disruption and again connects the front and back parts of the book exquisitely.

For me the key theme of this book is that we all need to slow down to go faster. Focussing on truly understanding ourselves as functional human beings we can achieve so much more by being more conscious and self aware. The message is driven home with a great collection of personal experience shares and exciting future trends. The narration was good, but I felt the background music became distracting at times.
I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys being future fit and is passionate about self awareness.
