This parenting book is excellent - it gets to the heart of why and how we parents our children. I appreciate her personal story and road to embracing grace and love over performance and rules. Highly recommend for anyone but especially those who come from a background of rules based, performance based, “because I said so” parenting. Great narration and easy to listen to!

The book has amazing content every parent should read. I needed this information when the kids were younger but there are still things I can apply even now. Her tone and timing is perfect. Great great read!

I was going through a trial and was having problems with my son, he’s 5 and I have a 7month old as well and I spend more of my time with the baby and my 5yr old is crying for attention by acting out and I didn’t notice; after listening to this book WOW I’ve put into action what helped for her and I can say my child has been expressing himself more and I’m leaning in and loving/listening.

Don’t allow satan to take over your family, parents you must listen to this !

Just what I needed in this busy season of parenting 4 littles, 9, 8, 5, and 2. This was such an incredible book I will be listening to it again and recommending it to friends and family. Definitely life changing!

A Parenting Must Have!

Personally I read nothing other then the authorized King James because it’s scripture. But the book was good. It was a blessing to learn through the author. It gave me a great perspective on raising my 3 kids, how to aim at approaching situations differently. To rest in God. To trust in God and to examine my heart and see how that inspires my parenting. Not to parent to seek approval but to do it for my children’s hearts. Thank you.
