Love the narrators.
After being gone for six years Ben returns after news of his stepdad's death to be there for his mom and Lauren. Emotions are high and the chemistry between these two are still there but things have changed. Great Continuation but it ends in a cliffhanger.

So I have a love hate relationship with Lauren right now.... I understand why she has her guard up but I hate seeing Ben hurt while he watches her with him. After everything she has been through she has no idea how she could ever trust Ben again but she can’t deny her attraction to him. I can not wait to listen to the final book of Ben and Lauren! The narrators did an amazing job with this book.
Tracy Lorraine did an amazing job with this book.

I love this series...so much. This is my original review:

I just can't get over this ending. UGH! This book contains three things I hate...cheating, cliffhanger, and a sad ending. But Tracy Lorraine writes so well that I have to give it three stars vs one or two because of the cheating. It is such a trigger for me. The cheating is not covered up, so there's that.

The emotional upheaval I have would normally receive five stars! My heart is aching...physically...and I cannot wait for book three! I so love all these characters. So if cliffhangers and sad endings are a cause to cringe...just wait to get all three books before reading, then dive in!

And because I read these before listening to them and since I know the FULL story...I have changed my rating to 5 stars straight across. Diving in to listen to book three!

Rachel Woods and Jake Bordeaux have once again given a perfect performance! They are wonderful narrators and have brought this book to life.

This is the continuation of Lauren and Bens story and it is a Rollercoaster of emotions! Losing the Forbidden ties up alot of loose ends we were wondering about in book 1! This book is gut wrenching and alot of things in Lauren and Ben's lives have to fall apart in order to be put back together again. This book leaves you wanting more and i can't wait to get my hands on the final installment in their love story💗
