This is a good book that mainly focuses on having the right frame of mind and outlook, which i personally feel if your trying to be a life coach or already are, you should have this part squared away.

If you are looking for the motivation to get started in the coaching field this isn’t the book for you. I liked the book because it reiterates my sentiments but outside of that I didn’t really learn anything outside of what I already knew that I could apply to my business.

This listen was great in that it was quick, easy to digest, and concise. I've found in this stage of the game that most all perspectives are helpful in regards to better communicating with others, so every little bit helps. This short listen is worth your time and money. I recommend it!
