This is a great listen, especially if you spent 2020 staring at the world and wondering - What the hell is even happening? Colgan channels the spirit of Hunter S. Thompson so well that it feels like the Gonzo legend himself is ranting from beyond the grave. The narration brings the letters to life with the perfect mix of sharp humor and raw emotion, making you feel like you’re eavesdropping on a chaotic, late-night conversation. It captures the absurdity of lockdown life, political chaos, and the wild ride that was 2020 in a way that’s both darkly hilarious and oddly comforting. If you lived through that madness, this audiobook will make you laugh, cringe, and reflect on what we all just survived.
