About the book
Thekla, Herbert, Agneta, Okko and Siggi, together Soko Norddeich 117, are working around the clock to renovate the cottage, destined to be their future working base. Agneta, driven by the promising scent of spring wants to sink the first tomatoe plants into their garden and sinks in knee deep herself. And it gets worse. She finds a dead body, wrapped in a blue plastic bag. Who is the old man? Where to put him? One thing is for sure, if they report the dead body, their new office and its beautiful surroundings will be turned up side down and the station closed. So they decide to hide the body in a water butt behind the house for the time being, and secretly start their investigation into the identity of the man. They are unable to controle the ensuing chaos.

DER 2. FALL FÜR DIE SCHRÄGSTE ERMITTLERTRUPPE IN OSTFRIESLAND
Die Soko Norddeich 117 mit Thekla, Herbert, Agneta, Okko und Siggi ist rund um die Uhr mit der Renovierung der kleinen Bauernkate, die ihre zukünftige Dienststelle sein wird, beschäftigt. Agneta, die beschwingt vom Frühlingsduft im Garten die ersten Tomatenpflanzen im Erdboden versenken will, versinkt gleich mit. Und es kommt noch schlimmer. In dem Loch, in das sie versackt ist, finden sie eine Leiche in einem blauen Müllsack. Wer ist der alte Mann? Wohin damit? Denn eines ist klar, wenn sie den Fund melden, dann wird die Dienststelle geschlossen und das ganze Gelände auf den Kopf gestellt. Also lassen sie den Toten zunächst in einer Regentonne hinter dem Haus verschwinden und machen sich an die Arbeit, um heimlich zu ermitteln, wer der Tote ist. Dass das nicht ohne weitere Turbulenzen ausgeht, haben sie irgendwann nicht mehr in der Hand.

Moa Graven is a German author and writer of crime stories. She was born in Ostfriesland. She started writing at the age of fifty and by now makes a living writing her crime stories. It´s a dream come true, she says. Together with her husband and two lovely dogs, she lives in the country side of Ostfriesland.
