After drinking a bottle of wine, Harper tells her business rival that she recently got engaged. Once the hangover wears off, Harper realizes she now needs a fake fiancé or to admit she lied. Wanting to avoid the backlash, she asks her childhood best friend for a favor.

Kissing the Cowboy, an Audiobook by Kennedy Fox is the tender story of Ethan and Harper. They’re best friends…but, both harbor feelings of more….neither willing to be the first to say anything. When she suddenly needs a fiancé, he’s there for her!! I freaking LOVED everything about this sweet, tender, steamy read!!! I loved how tenuous the situation is….loved how neither wants to ruin what they have as friends….and how everything fake becomes something else entirely.

This Audiobook was beautifully narrated by Lia Langola and Tor Thom….who both (as always!!) do an incredible job making an already phenomenal story even better!!! They capture the nuances of each character and make it a joy to hear!

I just love these cowboys at the circle B ranch! This book was so much fun to listen to and I love the slow build from friendship to a real relationship. I would definitely recommend this series but each of the books can be enjoyed as a standalone as well.

The one thing I am loving is how much life that these narrators give Ethan and Harper. The story was crazy good. I am such a sucker for friends to lovers with a fake relationship thrown it. With how their relationship grows and blossoms, I could not get enough. Langola has a real knack for portraying these leading ladies that Fox writes. She gives them such a strong and fierce voice that is a force to be reckoned with. Then Thom has this flow that fits Ethan to a T! It was sweet and sassy. The chemistry is on point even throughout the audiobook! Absolute perfection!

This is the fifth book in the Circle B Ranch Series. I love this series! Ethan and Harper's friends to lovers, and fake relationship is beautifully written, funny, and sweet. They are so perfect together! The supporting characters are amazing. Lia Langola and Tor Thom did a great job with the narration. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to listening to Winning the Cowboy, the next book in the Series.

I love how a fake engagement made them who they are now. Ethan and Harper were always meant for each other no matter who they ever dated to begin with. It was just meant to be between them.

More fun at Circle B Ranch! This Bishop family has so many interesting stories to tell. This was a very fun friends to lovers-fake relationship story that had me captivated. Not as angsty as I was hoping it would be, but it was still a good listen.

I loved listening this boom come to life. Ethan and Harper are an amazing could and always meant to me! I loved listening to Tor Thom and Lia Langola narrate this story. They truly bring the Circle B ranch series to life!

The way that Ethan and Harper finally realize their feeling is what every best friend hopes for. Kennedy Fox write such great cowboy romances and I cannot wait for the next one!

Circle B just keeps getting better. The more we get into this world, the more I love it.
Interconnected standalones are amazing because you get to revisit/update with the characters who found their HEA in the previous books and get glimpses into what's coming down the line for future books/pairings. And even with all of this, if you pick up a book in the middle, you're still totally fine to read and enjoy!

In this specific book (#5 in the series) we get Ethan and Harper, lifelong friends who have never been anything more... until she needs a fake fiancé to show up her competitor in the cutthroat world of artisan goat milk bath and body products. Well... that's really all we need to know.

The transition from Just Friends to more is almost effortless... until it isn't. Then there is the roller coaster and the emotional revalations and of course the eventual HEA (you're safe).

But the journey is so satisfying! I'm a huge fan of Friends to Lovers and this one hit all the right spots.

The Audiobook was narrated by Lia Langola and Tor Thom. A great overall performance.
Lia brought so much passion to Harper's internal monologue, to her struggle with her buisness, her dreams and her desire to never lose Ethan.
Tor Thom's voice is like butter, smooth and melty with just a touch of saltiness when needed. He was great as Ethan and brought the relationship with his family to life, the frustrations and the laughs. And of course the goats!!!! OMG, Tor just brought those bleats to life and made me giggle.

The narrators did a great job bring the characters from the Circle B Ranch to life. Lia Langola and Tor Thom were easy to listen to and they really bought every emotion to life.
I love my visits to The Circle B Ranch and Kissing the Cowboy is the perfect addition to this wonderful series. This is best friends Ethan and Harper’s story and what a wonderful story they have to tell.
What do you do when you need a fake fiancee and who better to play the part than your best friend since childhood so when Harper needs a man for a weekend, Ethan springs to mind and like any good friend he doesn’t let her down. Problem is these friends have secretly loved each other for many years so will a weekend away have them admitting their feelings or will it drive a wedge between and possibly ruin their friendship forever…..
I loved everything about this book, I fell hard and fast for Ethan, I adored Harper because she is the type of women we would all love in our corner, the chemistry is sizzling, the banter is witty but it’s all the additional characters that help make this the perfect listen.

The kind of best friends to lovers story I love!

I've been itching for Ethan and Harper's story as we grew to know more about them and how close their friendship was. I absolutely loved their story and watching them both be cautious about making the jump into something more than friends, especially after they go through a fake engagement together.

There is no possibility of me ever getting sick of the Bishop and Circle B Ranch crew. I am so invested in all of their stories and the family. I can't wait to see what happens next because just based on the title and who the couple is, it's gonna be a RIDE!
