Let me start off by saying Chance Smolders is amazing!!! He made you forget there was only one narrator!!! His ability to draw you into the story was nothing short of amazing! 👏🏾 Bravo!! 👏🏾 The writing was soooo good! The chapter development was done very well. I did not want this book t end. There were so many twists and turns! This series was phenomenal!!! I would highly recommend this book!!!!

It was an okay story. I read both books and in both the characters I liked the most were the Valentine's brother's mom she was real with it. I liked Kiva in both books she is a favorite and Netta I felt she was being real with her sis about marrying Poet. I didn't understand Alivia way of thinking she seemed weak. Didn't like none of the brother's they all controlling. Overall good read!

I hate the fact the father knew his sons so well but never seemed to correct the bad things they did to each other him and his wife always acted like they dint see the issues and fix them right then instead they allowed them to fester..I feel so sorry for smooch I feel his father ignored him purposely knowing that causing him to hate his brothers even more was he perfect no did he deserve death absolutely not everyone said they understood where his heartbreak was coming from but you have one brother sleeping with your wife for 2 years then his father tell him he was his enemy and he was never gonna get the position anyway and instead of breaking the cycle you kill him and leave his daughter with a crazy mother and without a father.. family ant ishhh
