I didn’t realize audible was doing this kind of content. I really enjoyed having the additional interview as a sort of addendum to the books. And of course it comes at the right price.

I've been a reader and fan of Joe Abercrombie almost from the beginning. So when this interview became available I snapped it up and listened immediately. I guess you can say I'm a fanboy, but I was pleasantly surprised by both the interviewer's questions and Joe's answers. The questions she asked were well thought out and probing. Even better, Abercrombie's replies were insightful and made me appreciate the fine line he walks between his grungy, often violent world and the humor he injects into it. Well done Elise and Audible! If you've never read any of Abercrombie's First Law series, I can highly recommend it.

Great guest, not so great host...
Someone who knows the genre and cares about it could do a better job interviewing Abercrombie, but it's still worth the listen (it was even more so when it came out).
