Inspired by the fraught dual love stories found in Jane Austen's Sense and Sensibility, this Pride and Prejudice variation is a vagary which explores what might have happened if the Bennet family estate had been Netherfield Park, not Longbourn, and the aftermath of Mr. Bennet's early demise.
Jane and Lizzy are still very young—nineteen and seventeen—and Mr. Collins, upon whom the estate had been entailed, takes over Netherfield Park with his greedy, selfish wife, Mrs. Caroline Collins (née Bingley). Her brother, the reserved yet surprisingly amiable Mr. Bingley, comes to stay, meeting Jane and falling in love—or so everyone thinks.
Mrs. Bennet receives a message from a distant relative, a Sir John Rutherford, to move to Derbyshire where they can live in a cottage on his estate, and thus the Bennets leave their Hertfordshire home forever. Lizzy is thrown in with a taciturn Mr. Darcy, whom everyone says she should marry, since he is lonely and rich—but then she meets the marvelous, enigmatic, and romantic Mr. Wickham, and an infatuation like no other ensues, all while a concerned Mr. Darcy observes quietly from the sidelines.
Explore what happens when two sisters—the eldest with an extraordinary amount of sense, the younger having too much sensibility—meet the men with whom they are meant to be. Read on to see how our favorite dear couples find their happily ever afters.

What's the worst that can happen when a Regency lady commits a Propriety Violation? Might she suffer acute embarrassment, a tarnished reputation, a forced marriage, shunning of her family, or something even more dire? These consequences might be devastating, but could we countenance a more nefarious possibility?Elizabeth Bennet is enjoying a peaceful morning stroll in Ramsgate when the pleasant sound of the waves is interrupted by a scream. She impulsively reacts and finds her life altered forever. Caution: This story contains brief, non-graphic descriptions of violence, death, and war.

So much in life depends on chance and sheer luck. How much do we often owe to being in the right place at the right time? In Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, Elizabeth Bennet plans to visit the Lake District with her uncle and aunt, yet ends up at Pemberley instead, just as, by coincidence, Mr Darcy also arrives home. They meet, understand one another better and all eventually ends well. But what if they did not have such luck? What if Elizabeth actually went to the Lake District and was nowhere near Pemberley, and she and Mr Darcy never met again until another four years had gone by? Now...

Historia
Fitzwilliam Darcy is on the verge of proposing to Miss Elizabeth Bennet when he happens upon her diary in a field of bluebells. Though he knows he should not, he gives in to the temptation to read it and discovers a perspective on himself he had never before considered. Not only does Elizabeth not reciprocate his love, she considers him arrogant, insulting and disdainful. Her reasons, to his shame, are not entirely unfounded. Properly humbled, Darcy must decide what to do—walk away from his beloved forever or make the effort to please a woman worthy of being pleased.
