Take it from me, I didn't have the happy-go-lucky awakening experience other people talk about, and it got me into some serious trouble. Excellent How-To on Developing Psychic Skills
I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of content and detailed instructions in this audiobook. There are plenty of unique psychic and intuitive exercises to strengthen your abilities. Beginners as well as advanced practitioners can benefit greatly, though it leans more toward the advanced. I will listen to this book many times!

Awful
What is her PhD in?!?!? Half of the book or more has the reader’s tv on in the background. Nothing in this book could actually guide anyone, if indeed one believed in these phenomena. Terrible waste of time.
