My favorite take away from this book was the concept that laughter contains such a healing benefit and how this idea is presented in scripture: “A merry heart doeth good like medicine.” The author even goes one to express the studies carried out on the ameliorative effects of deep laughter.

When we come from this mindset, we start to tangible understand why so any saints and spiritual leaders were and are said to be so joyous.
