I have always eaten when stressed or sad. I really wanted a way to change that without medications and came across this audiobook. I am very pleased with the book; it is easy to follow, and the narrator is easy to understand. I have learned valuable strategies to stop the cycle of stress to eat to sad to eat. I was in a horrible spiral that I can say now no longer holds power over me. This book has been instrumental in my ability to finally lose the weight and keep it off.

This book was well presented, and I really appreciated how this book looked at the personal emotions and how it it affects the the cravings to eat. The steps are simple to understand and my favorite part was making peace with food. While this book does deal with diet and exercise. It is more focused is how you can become mentally stronger and more secure with yourself and your relationship with food. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with emotional eating!

I am definitely an emotional eater and it needs to stop! This 7 step plan has been great for me an really helped me take a step back and see what the triggers are. It really helps you build mental strength to get past those cravings when you might be having some emotional ups and downs. If you want a better relationship with food, this book is a great listen!
