an interesting story line that really didn't have any middle content but did end up being pretty good

This is another good Patterson read. But be alert.....Don't make the same mistake I did. I bought Hidden, Malicious, and The River Murders all on the same day, not knowing Hidden and Malicious are included in The River Murders. You don't need a copy of Hidden or a copy of Malicious if you plan to buy The River Murders.

wow! each time I read a Patterson and (someone else) what I end up reading is an average to poor effort that I cannot believe Mr Patterson even bothered to read. one would think he has enough money that he could hold out for a quality story/author
