Anyway, to change the subject slightly, the reason I named this review, "Some of us don't like beaches" is because listening to a relaxation book that has one imagine being on a white sandy beach, getting in an uncontrolled boat that is drifting out to sea, then landing on an island only to walk into a forest and bathe in a pond? Are you kidding me? Why would I want to be on a Sandy beach when I've had skin cancer. Why would I get into an uncontrolled boat that is drifting out to sea? Have you ever heard of shark? Why would I EVER get into a pond? Where I'm from, ponds have leaches and all kinds of critters that sting and bite!!!
Did I fall asleep during this book, sure! Did I ever hear any of the dialog about letting your creativity flow? Maybe once. Did I get my creativity flowing? Nope. Is the narrator relaxing? Absolutely. Did it help? I don't think so, but I'm not saying this won't help others. It may!!! Try it. But, if you would rather be hiking or fishing in the mountains like me, try another audio book.
