Fun story line. Great relationship story between the two sisters, dad and his new girlfriend. Perfect amount of romance, love her balance of all of this and creating a story line that is about real life and its struggles.

It’s a story with lots of learning experiences that are relatable. It was such a pleasure to listen to and get to the end as quickly as I could to know what happens

this was a lovely departure from all of the "romance" novels....like a palate cleanse between courses.

Smacking. So. Much. Smacking. Smacking and swallowing and smacking and swallowing. It was a moist read, and I don’t go for moist reads. However, she did a good acting job.

The main character is pretty unlikable and goes for her brother-in-law. Thankfully that doesn’t last long. I guess you can blame all her unlikable mess on her pregnancy hormones, but it’s still not fun to read.

My sister recommended this author and I loved the story. plan to get more books from this author. My sister commented, "oh that's not the best one!"

Not her best but it gets interesting about 1/2 way through. I do love her in general though!

I decided not to finish this book after listening to 2.5 hours. It just wasn't hooking me. There was too much talk about Mackie and the narrator pauses too much.

I couldn't get into this story!

I love Katherine Center books, but this was not my favorite. I could never feel any connection with Everett. Dixie was a little over the top, but likeable. my main problem was with the narrator. Overall, she was very good, but she paused too long between sentences or paragraphs and half thectime when she would say Mackey, I heard Matthew and get confused.

I liked it a lot but wish there had been more of Everett, or narrated more at the end of what happened after, instead of writing it as a flashback. overall, I liked it a lot.

I’m feeling happy, yet sad that it’s over. Listening to Katherine Center’s books are a joyful experience and I highly recommend not only this one but ALL of them!
This particular story was especially fun to listen to because the main character ( Sarah) is on a mission to make her life more meaningful and to be a surrogate for her sister but that’s not the only fun aspect of the story. Listen or read this wildly entertaining story from this crazy talented Author and you will be glad you did!
