This is such an important point that gets so overlooked–every one is so unique, especially when it comes to scholarly endeavors, and so, I thought it was fantastic that the author had a heavy emphasis here. I also loved how it mentioned the act of having specific goals for each student, proving that going the extra mile in terms of having students lock down information is such powerful way to go. Jaime Lozano has obviously done his homework (no pun intended) and truly understands how to get learning information across to all different kinds of walks of life.

This was an inspiring read for me. I loved how Jaime shared his personal journey from teaching to creating music at home.
