I loved this book! As a fellow author, I was pleasantly surprised by the straightforward, simple action steps and exercises included in the book. The writing style was seamlessly logical, provided dead-on examples and refrained from including superfluous jargon that often weighs down personal development books.

Best of all, I found myself THINKING about the implications of every single point she made. I also felt hopeful about my future in spite of my loss. This book was so applicable and I felt like I was being an agent of change even as I was reading and participating in the exercises.

The author's voice is like heaven to listen to. She really should consider narrating other books as a side business because she is gifted with an incredibly soothing but not boring voice. I always enjoy her podcasts. It was actually a delight to listen to her narrate her book.

5 stars all around and I've already shared this find with my friends.
