 Faith Abernathy, a passionate artist living in the small town of Merriwether, is determined to save her community from falling into decline. When she overhears Jonathan Kinsley, the businessman tasked with developing Merriwether, discussing his plans to rebuild the town from scratch, she becomes even more determined to protect her home.

Jonathan has always wanted to rise to the top and make a name for himself, and he sees the Merriwether deal as his chance to do just that. However, after a car accident leaves him with amnesia, Faith seizes the opportunity to convince him to fall in love with the town and work to save it instead of destroying it.
