Make sure you set aside a block of time when you start listening to this book, because it will be hard to hit the pause button. Once I started listening, I had to force myself to go to bed. Here are some of my takeaways: I'm pumped up; Not giving myself excuses; I have some new tools to use to help me stay on track; I'm ready to set some high arching goals, and I have the Faith to know that ALL is possible.

This is my second time reading this book. And it’s a few years after my first read. I’m blown away by the wisdom included in this book! The author is relatable yet otherworldly insightful in his perspectives on life and living. The title is apt in that it is clear that the wisdom is being shared “for the love.” Reading this book will remind you about things you know but don’t implement, whether it be the care of your body, the reminder to value rest, the strength of pausing and taking a time out when necessary so that you can soar higher, the importance of dreaming big and being willing to humble yourself in order to pursue big dreams. I could go on and on. Better yet, just read or listen for yourself!
