Acerca de esta escucha

Immigration is a hot topic, and it is one that people don’t think about. Every society typically mistreats minority groups, albeit to different degrees, when economies contract and resources become scarcer. Immigrants are easy targets as they typically enter countries out of desperation as a result of economic hardship, religious freedom, war, and much more. Sadly, the vast majority of nations don’t have much immigration, and this is honestly one thing that the US, former British colonies, the UK, some countries in the EU, and the Russian Federation do better than any other regions in the world. Is it perfect? Nope, but what is? Jim Rogers is correct in stating that not so long ago one of your relatives got on a boat, walked a great distance, and entered an unknown land seeking opportunity. The dream of a better future is far from dead, and migration is part of the human experience. Humans have the right to traverse Mother Earth for resources as this is why our ancestors were able to survive, and there is nothing more human than migration and seeking resources. Immigrants should be embraced as the vast majority are law-abiding, hard-working, educated, or willing to get an education, taxpayers, and reproducers. I say let the Chinese and Latinos looking for opportunity poor over our borders and get green cards. We can fit all humans in the world inside New York City; why do governments think that they have the right to draw lines, make maps, and control the natural flow of people? They don’t as the Earth is an ecosystem that owns us, not the reverse. Natives that feel entitled and governments that try and control the flow of human migration are typically the same entities causing proxy wars that force these people from their homes. Relevance and potential are not measured by citizenship but by where you are today in your life and what you are doing for the world. Let the migration begin; if you are an angry native, try migrating the other way. Governments have zero obligations to citizens beyond creating safe environments in which rearing children is possible, corruption is punished, education can be had, and upward mobility exists. China, the world's largest economy, and its provinces throughout Southeast Asia have nearly zero immigration, and they collectively make up the largest violators of human rights because they mistreat their own citizens and minority groups within their nations, they have zero tolerance toward legal immigration, and they have corrupted international oversight committees like the UN. It's time to set things straight, and take the power back!

“You haven't strengthened the diseased, neither have you healed that which was sick, neither have you bound up that which was broken, neither have you brought back that which was driven away, neither have you sought that which was lost; but with force and with rigor you have ruled over them.”
