This title is great for someone with a busy schedule who still wants to grow a little each day. I was expecting to come away with some ways to draw closer to Christ as an Enneagram 1 and this audible definitely delivered. Each chapter is long enough for useful content, but short enough for a daily devout.
This audiobook has helped me view my "rules" for living differently. I understand better how I can relax them.

I'm 37 and I've been in therapy for my whole life and I'm pretty sure we could have figured out the root of some of my quirks a long time ago if I had read this book a decade ago 😆 Very accurate depiction of a type 1. I also learned many connections on how a type 1 can be born out of a type 4. and there is a chapter on key things to note in relationship with every other enneagram type, which I appreciate since the eneagram is a tool to get to know yourself and build healthy relationships with others.
I wish there was a more spiritual aspect to it or a chapter on how this plays out in a faith journey, but I guess that's for me and God to keep discovering on our own.

The Contant is weak in the narration voice is very robotic. It’s more like he’s announcing a UFC fight than reading sentences in a book.
