This book is actually a workbook, and includes streaming video access. (The code for accessing this is on the inside cover page). I first came across this book on audible when I searched broadly for emotionally healthy relationship books. I found this one first, listened to it in audible and within the first chapter understood that there was more of a course like nature to this presentation.
However one absorbs the info, via audible or by doing the workbook, it will be a huge blessing.
Soon into the audible book, I bought the whole course, and while waiting for that to come finished the audible book. I’m now going through it again, but doing it with the additional book Emotionally Healthy Relationships Day by Day.

Material is practical, focused, and beautifully presented with rich examples of 8 guidelines and role played examples for emotionally healthy relationships. It is the best book/ workbook/ course on the topic I’ve ever read.

Thank you Peter and Geri. My children and I are blessed by your efforts! In fact, I gathered my restless boys (12-18) on a Saturday morning and went through session one with them. We stopped and had many discussions and then practiced taking community temperature readings together at the end, and believe it or not, when finished they said it was fun, and asked when we could do it again. I couldn’t believe it. Peter and Geri - you managed to capture the attention of teenage boys!
