If you are interested in self growth this book is everything and more! This book had me crying and laughing at many points. It brought me face to face with my weaknesses and broke it all down in a very digestible way. I realized that weaknesses and strengths are often the same thing. It put a name and brought light to things I didn't understand. I highly reccomend this book to every human! I am aware of my stuff now and with that awareness I feel like I am going to live in an optimal way. Bravo
