I've re read this book so many time in the last year and I cannot express how soul wrenching beautiful this book is.
I laughed, I cried, and even screamed once or twice but will never stop recommending this book to others. I still find myself months later thinking about Pixie and Gaze along with all the other Pixie Ray's in the world and am baffled that this book isn't more well known!

Narrator’s were amazing! Pure and genuine love. Open and honest, tough love. Best book I have listened to in a long time.

I haven’t read a book with this amount of emotions in a long time. What these two characters endured was intense and how they persevered is perhaps the greatest miracle of all. Sadly, the topics that were addressed in this book are far too common in today’s society.

Debra Anastasia is a new-to-me author...but she now has a devoted fan! I alternated between reading and listening to the audio version because I couldn't put it down. Pulled me in from the beginning, and held me hostage from cover to cover! Emotional roller-coaster, heart-wrenching and simultaneously devastating and healing...I can't say enough good things! Narration was top-notch too!
